Domestic install in Henley upon Thames

This domestic install consisted of SHARP monocrystalline panels. This was another job which produced very high results, and we had another happy customer.

However, we will no longer reccommmend SHARP panels in the future due to the fact that they cancelled our order on use days before the job was about to start. They cancelled the manufacturing of the certain panel without telling us when we were in the design process. This meant that we had to respec the design and installation within minimal time. Everything worked out fine in the end though!

Commercial Project in Cambridge

This large commercial install comprised of the installation of panels on two seperate farms near Cambridge. This 48kWp installation was optimised for location, pitch and orientation.

After our initial calculations, taking into account variable factors we concluded that polycrystalline PV panels were the preffered PV technology for this project. This was due to these polycrystalline panels having a higher yield of electricity (kilowatt hours) compared to the standard monocrystalline systems.

We also installed 8kWp of dual glass thin film photovoltaic modules because of their even higher specific yield. We believe that we are one of the first companies in the country to do so. This has allowed us to uniquely monitor and evaluate how good the polycrystalline modules are compared to the thin film. This is so we can pass on this advice to all of our customers who may wish to opt for a thin film system.
